Oat Cookies - Husaren Hütchen



100g porridge oats

40g wholemeal flour

60g butter

30g sugar 

1-2 tbsp raspberry jam


Form dough into a roll, cover in cling film

Let the dough roll rest in the fridge for 30 minutes

Take out of the fridge and cut into equal slices

Form the slices into balls, place on a baking tray, lined with baking paper.

With the end of a wooden spoon (or similar) make hollows in the centre of the dough balls

Fill with jam

Bake in the preheated oven at 150°C for

10 minutes or until golden
